Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in original condition with tags attached, and place them securely in the original packaging or a durable mailer.

  Ship to XFORCE

  Print your generated prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any Australia Post location or designated courier point.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
